Warning Message:At 306 PM EDT...a strong thunderstorm was near Georgetown or 13
miles west of Dewey Beach...moving southeast at 10 mph.
Locations impacted include...
Georgetown...Millsboro...Milton and Long Neck. 
Wind gusts up to 30 mph are possible with this storm.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this slow-moving
storm...and may cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways. Localized rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike over 15 miles away from a thunderstorm and
threaten the Delaware beaches shortly. For your safety...move off
the beach and seek shelter indoors.
